Magnetic Fields and Cosmic Rays across Diverse Scales: What’s Next?

The conference will held in person, with a limited option for remote participation. Registration is mandatory in both cases. 

•  The registration process consists of two steps:

 1)  Complete the form: REGISTRATION FORM  (Abstract submission closed)

 2)  Pay the registration fee (in-person participation): PROCEED TO PAYMENT  (If you are getting Status Code: SYS-PF-001 error   

      please contact the organizers)

Registrations for in-person attendees will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment. If you have requested funding  support, you are still required to pay the registration fee. We cannot accept payments during the conference. Online participation is free of charge. 

• Registration Fees: The maximum capacity for in-person attendees at the venue is 100 (hundred). Therefore, we strongly recommend participants to register early. The regular registration period will remain open until February 28th, 2025. Late registration will be accepted until April 30th, 2025. The fee will cover the conference dinner, coffee breaks and lunches.

• CANCELLATION AND REFUND FEE POLICY:

   Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to the organizers at cosmicraysbfields@gmail.com

   Registrations cancelled up to June 30th, 2025 will be free of charge (full fee reimbursement) 

   Registrations cancelled after June 30th, 2025, will be charged by 50% of the corresponding fee
